7764f6fc28 Added wikidata links to the browse helper 
Analogous to wikipedia tags this links any wikidata tag with its item
page on wikidata.

For now it's restricted to the plain wikidata=* tag (namespaces like
operator:wikidata=* and similar are not yet supported) and only accepts
the values with the format Q<number>.

75e07dc5b8 Added telephone links into tag detail browser 
International phone numbers become links using the official URI scheme
as per http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3966.

It is not limited to key=phone, so it can be used in other keys as well.

e01fef4e44 Update wiki pages index 
Now redirect pages that contain the template `KeyDescription` are processed.

Newly written wiki pages added.

Some keys and tags weren't recognized before because the script didn't
recognize all localized variant of the template `KeyDescription` (e.g.
`DE:KeyDescription` and `Uk:KeyDescription`). That's not a problem anymore
because the template `KeyDescription` was *internationalized* and *unified*.

1eab367de5 Instruct iD to load gpx file 
When one clicks on the edit link of an uploaded GPX file, this instructs
the iD editor to load the respective GPX data from the appropriate URL.

78c040d575 Make it clear that notes are for map improvements 
...and use friendlier-sounding language. Should help avoid
instances like http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/114639 and
http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/114640, though I'm sorely
tempted to add "amenity=brian" and "amenity=george" in response
to these.

42b329ed82 Replace the country table with a static XML countries file 
Storing the countries in the database is overkill, so just use a
copy of the geonames countryInfo data that is loaded into a hash
the first time it is used.

933b091330 Highlight erroneous fields by adding a class to them 
The default rails scheme for highlighting errors is to wrap the
field in a div, but that changes the structure of the page and can
change the meaning of CSS rules applied to the fields.

As an alternative we now apply a class to the fields, and use that
in the CSS to apply a highlight.
