Fix AtomicHook init-order fiasco under MSVC 2019.
On this platform, constexpr static init sometimes happens after dynamic init =/. When it does, we should not zero hook_ (overwriting the value written there by dynamic init); instead we should leave it alone. This works even when constexpr static init goes first since all uses of AtomicHook should have static storage duration and be zero-initialized.

When gormlaks see the character, they step towards them and attack
dealing 1 damage when adjacent. Characters have hitpoints now, displayed
at the bottom of the game screen, and when the game is over they die.
- Don't let gormlaks run into things like walls or each other
- Add a small element of randomness to gormlaks' motion
- Increase gormlaks' vision by a large amount
Add a (debug) command to reveal all tiles on the game regardless of the
character's vision, which'll make it easier to debug creature's behavior
while they're not visible.
Add a Brain class, which determines for an entity the set of moves it
makes every step of the game, and begin to implement that for gormlaks.
The idea here is that every step of the game, a gormlak will move
towards the furthest-away wall it can see.

Work around MSVC 2019 compiler bug related to constexpr in optional_test.
The change in optional_test is necessary to avoid another bug on MSVC
complaining about accessing invalid member of union, and also makes the test
more reasonale by checking the value of a non-static member.
Filed a bug against MSVC

well as select third-party packages.
* exwm-input.el (exwm-input--exit): Set input focus 'revert-to' to
'PointerRoot' so that user can set input focus to X windows with
pointer after EXWM exits (and there's no other WM).
Add a Door entity and an Open command, which necessitated supporting the
direction prompt. Currently nothing actually puts doors on the map,
which puts a slight damper on actually testing this out.
Add the beginnings of a generic prompt system, with exclusive support
atm for string prompts, and test it out by asking the character for
their name at startup

Add a new "Item" entity, which pulls from the previously-existent
ItemType raw, and add a "PickUp" command which takes the (currently
*only*) item off the ground and puts it into the inventory.
As the character walks around the map, progressively reveal the entities
on the map to them, using an algorithm based on well known
circle-rasterizing and line-rasterizing algorithms to calculate lines of
sight that are potentially obscured by walls.
* exwm-core.el (exwm-debug-log-time-function): Moved to `exwm-debug'
group and set `xcb-debug:log-time-function' automatically.
(exwm-debug-log-uptime, exwm-debug-log-time): Reuse the definition
from XELB.
* exwm-workspace.el (exwm-workspace--frame-y-offset)
exwm-workspace--window-y-offset, exwm-workspace--update-offsets): New
variables & function for the calculation of Emacs frame offsets, as
`frame-geometry' is not available in Emacs 24.
* exwm-floating.el (exwm-floating--set-floating)
(exwm-floating--do-moveresize):
* exwm-layout.el (exwm-layout--show):
* exwm-systemtray.el (exwm-systemtray--on-workspace-switch)
(exwm-systemtray--on-randr-refresh, exwm-systemtray--init): Use them.
* exwm-systemtray.el (exwm-systemtray--refresh-all): Renamed from
`exwm-systemtray--on-randr-refresh'.
(exwm-systemtray--init, exwm-systemtray--exit): Use it.
* exwm-floating.el (exwm-floating--stop-moveresize): Send a
ConfigureNotify event to floating frame to update its position (seems
required by Emacs 24).
