51159117c9 routes: replace the email param in the URL to a query param 
This basically moves from:

    /lien-envoye/foo@bar.com

to:

    /lien-envoye?email=foo@bar.com

This allow to properly censor the data in Matomo (so that email
addresses don't end up stored in Matomo).

In Ruby 2.7, Enumerable#filter_map has been added.
This cop identifies places where map { … }.compact can be replaced by filter_map.
