Florian Klink dfd9286f68 feat(tvix/store/protos): implement Directory.Validate()
Validate thecks the Directory message for invalid data, such as:
- violations of name restrictions
- invalid digest lengths
- not properly sorted lists
- duplicate names in the three lists
