William Carroll afabc77f74 feat(wpcarro/emacs): Include *scratch* and *Messages*
While these aren't technically source code buffers, but the purpose of
`buffer-ivy-source-code` is to create a list of buffers I likely want to switch
to, which includes these.

Emacs

Emacs is one of a handful software projects that I highly value. I consider it as central to my workflow as git and nix.

Installing

If you already have depot on your local file system, run the following from the top-level depot directory:

$ nix-env -iA users.wpcarro.emacs.nixos
