Vincent Ambo 20a6cfeee2 refactor(tazjin/rlox): Let scanner tokens own their lexeme 
This removes the runtime dependency on a borrow into the program
source code.

It's not yet ideal because there are a lot of tokens where we really
don't care about the lexeme, but this is what the book does and I
am not going to change that.

README.md

This is an interpreter for the Lox language, based on the book "Crafting Interpreters".

The book's original code uses Java, but I don't want to use Java, so I've decided to take on the extra complexity of porting it to Rust.

Note: This implements the first of two Lox interpreters.
