Uses the list-based toINI, which removes a lot of the complications caused by the INI DSL (it was fun to write but really not necessary). Profpatsch	2a6928fb4c	feat(users/Profpatsch): init initial aerc config ... aerc is a mail client. It needs some ini files to work. This is an initial attempt at generating them.
