A while ago I decided to experiment with corfu and orderless instead of
company/prescient. This was prompted by issues which I had in EXWM, where some
sort of UI race with company elements could lock up a whole frame.
Now that I'm not on EXWM anymore this doesn't really matter, so I can bring back
company and set up prescient again correctly, fixing a whole bunch of issues
along the way:
* Completion issues where not all matching candidates where shown based on
cursor position (I honestly have no idea what caused this and what was going
on there, never figured it out, but enabling prescient properly fixes it).
* Code completion works again. Corfu, as I understand it, is technically
better/cleaner/whatever than company - but it doesn't work anywhere,
especially not in telega.el where I need completion more than anywhere else.
With this commit my Emacs behaves a lot better again.

vertico and consult are more modern versions of interactive narrowing
helpers, as those implemented by ivy and its related packages.
The primary differences (and what I care about here) is that they are
more focused on integration with the core Emacs primitives, rather
than building an ecosystem around them.
For example:
* vertico enhances `completing-read' and friends, but does not attempt
to provide its own ecosystem of functions to *trigger* completions.
* vertico integrates with the default `completion-style' system,
meaning that I can continue to use things like prescient without
extra packages that integrate it with vertico
* consult does not rely on vertico or any other specific completion
framework (such as counsel/swiper do with ivy), and simply
implements its functions using completing-read
This reduces the overall amount of code in the dependency closure and
leads to a less special setup.
Functionality is basically equivalent, except for two things which
counsel came with that I will need to substitute:
* counsel-notmuch (actually this was a separate package, but I didn't
use it much anyways, so just ignoring it for now)
* counsel-linux-app (opening desktop shortcuts, this I will need to make)
As a side note, consult notes "This package is a part of GNU Emacs",
but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Telega keeps getting loaded with old sources, the origin of which I
can not figure out, and which are not compatible with my Emacs
anymore. This means that opening Telega essentially breaks the active
Emacs until the telega process is killed.
Until I have time to properly sit down and debug where Nix decides to
get an old version of telega from (building the package directly from
a Nix REPL yields the expected one), I'll disable it to avoid
accidentally breaking my Emacs via muscle-memory.
