Vincent Ambo	713a70d154	fix(ops/modules): remove cloud-init from yandex-cloud module cloud-init stopped working for unknown reasons, enabling it will break DHCP and SSH, and make the image inaccessible. This means that access needs to be provided by baking keys into the image instead.
