TL;DR:
- Prefer cl-lib
- Prefer spaces to tabs
- Resolve various checkdoc complaints

Add missing Elisp dependencies
TL;DR:
- Require cl-macs.el for modules using CL-style macros like `cl-defun`
- Require struct.el for call to `struct-set!`
