Prefer Emacs client-server setup

This change affects:
  - alias e
  - i3 KBDs
  - .xsessionrc

It will be interesting to see how this works over SSH. In theory, the
ALTERNATE_EDITOR variable should kick in and `vim` should be used. Time will
tell if this is the preferred setup. Until then...
