fix(wpcarro/emcas): Debug "Logout" command

gLinux doesn't use `lightdm.service` (you can confirm this by seeing if
`lightdm` is listed in the units reported by calling `systemctl`). I found
`gdm` (i.e. Gnome Display Manager), and it appears that calling...

```shell
systemctl restart gdm.service
```

...does the trick.
