7f81de2065 Don't try and match xmlns as an attribute 
This doesn't seem to work with the new nokogiri based matching
in rails 4.2 probably because the attribute is removed by the
parser and used to set the namespace of the element.

c72940684e Fix error resolving relation parents 
It's not entirely clear why specifying the foreign key explicitly
fixes this - the value given is what it should default to - but
without this it finds the child relation instead when looking at
the parents of a relation.
