Utilise unicodecsv de PyPy
GestioCOF utilisait une implémentation locale du module `csv` compatible avec `unicode`. Il existe un module PyPy du même nom qui fait la même chose, autant l'utiliser (par ailleurs, il fonctionne plus sainement avec Python 3).
