df715ce343 fix(django-apps): Set nofail on mounts 
This disables the dependency from local-fs.target to the mounts, which
caused a dependency cycle

194c09b291 fix(keys): Add nixosMachineKeys and rekey 
This is needed for secret encryption since netconf and liminix machines
don't have an ssh key for now.
