ubusd: fix comparison of integers of different signs

Fixes following clang-9 compiler warning:

 ubusd.c:36:19: error: comparison of integers of different signs: 'uint32_t' (aka 'unsigned int') and 'int' [-Werror,-Wsign-compare]
