There are two ways to flash NWA50AX:

  • First flash via the Zyxel NWA FIT format which is understood by the stock OS
  • Update the flashing via nandwrite -p /dev/mtd... using the encapsulated image inside the Zyxel NWA FIT.

We should document those, make it easy to run scripts regarding this.
