Liminix secrets works either by using Tang or HTTP server. We could use them to store the RADIUS client secrets.

More generally, we can probably reuse the technology behind them for dynamic configuration and have outputRef for dynamic pieces and let a daemon provide these dynamic pieces of information either via HTTP or via a local service reading in a database.

Actually, the Tang/HTTP server feature may not be super ideal. We may just want to plug agenix in there with s6.
