To give more details, the link has too much attenuation, making it unstable. With CRI we have identified a reason about green and blue connector on fiber cables, and one of the two side of the link has been replaced, the second one should be replaced soon.
Another thing to be studied is all internal connections in Pantheon that are numerous (netcore03 -> DSA -> 45 autocom -> 29 autocom -> CRI DC -> RATP Connect), each of those could be the reason of problems.
