Checklist management for DGNum yearly operations:

General Assembly organization (sending the date in advance, gathering proposals, etc.)
Staffing the back to school amphitheaters for DGNum
Presentation meeting of DGNum

The bot should automatically know when to ping the board to prepare for the various items, ping the marketing team to prepare materials, suggest rooms to make some of the events happen by reading the existing database, have an easy way to send booking confirmations, reschedule bookings if needed.

For staffing, the bot should be able to receive the amphitheaters as an input by the board and then pester active members who can either say !unavail or !avail for a certain slot to ensure there's at least two person staffed on a amphitheater slot.

WiFi operations

Kick/ban a user from the network
Generate/email temporary credentials on the network, valid for N hours (uncertain)
Reboot an AP via PoE commands
