Wireless access point daemon, patched with ubus support

When passing several authentication algorithms through auth_alg, we should try all of them when the first one fails. The wext driver goes through the connect nl80211 command and the retries are then handled by the kernel. The nl80211 doesn't and we have to handle that from userspace. Source code files have been moved around in v0.6.x releases and compared to earlier releases, the programs are now build by first going to a subdirectory (wpa_supplicant or hostapd) and creating build configuration (.config) and running 'make' there (for Linux/BSD/cygwin builds).
