Perform detailed tests with OCV enabled, for both the 4-way and group key handshakes. These tests include establishing a working connection with OCV enabled, assuring that a STA without OCV enabled can still connect to a STA with OCV enabled (and vice versa), verifying that invalid OCI elements get silently ignored, verifying that missing OCI elements are reported, and so on.
