Rewrite EC point/bignum computation done in PKEX protocol using EC
point/bignum primitives already defined in crypto.h and couple of small
new helper functions.

Move code of dpp_set_pubkey_point_group() into crypto.h API. This
function initializes an EC public key using coordinates of the EC point
in binary format.

Move code of dpp_get_pubkey_point() to a crypto library specific
function crypto_ec_key_get_pubkey_point().

Add crypto_ec_key_get_ecprivate_key() function in crypto.h and use it
when possible in DPP code.
This function converts a struct crypto_ec_key into a DER encoded ASN.1
ECPrivateKey.

This wrapper function is not used anymore, so drop it instead of trying
to figure out good way of implementing it in constant time with various
crypto libraries.

Pass the group order (if known/specified) to crypto_dh_derive_secret()
(and also to OpenSSL DH_generate_key() in case of Group 5) and verify
that the public key received from the peer meets 1 < pubkey < p and
pubkey^q == 1 mod p conditions.
While all these use cases were using only ephemeral DH keys, it is
better to use more explicit checks while deriving the shared secret to
avoid unexpected behavior.

These allow ECDH to be used with compressed public key encoding (only
x-coordinate). This is needed for FILS PFS and OWE.

These operations may fail with some crypto wrappers, so allow the
functions to report their results to the caller.

These will be used with the internal TLS implementation to extend hash
algorithm support for new certificates and TLS v1.2.

This is similar to the existing functionality that parsed ASN.1-encoded
RSA public key by generating a similar public key instance from already
parsed n and e parameters.

Move the bignum comparison part into the bignum library to allow a
single implementation of rand generation for both ECC and FCC based
groups.

In addition to the trivial change in adding the new group ientifier,
this required changes to KDF and random number generation to support
cases where the length of the prime in bits is not a multiple of eight.
The binary presentation of the value needs to be shifted so that the
unused most significant bits are the zero padding rather than the extra
bits in the end of the array.

This makes the SAE implementation a bit simpler by not having to build
the bignum for group order during execution.

Commit c9e08af24f removed the only user of
the special case MD5 use that would be allowed in FIPS mode in
tls_prf_sha1_md5(). Commit 271dbf1594
removed the file from the build, but left the implementation into the
repository. To clean things up even further, remove this functionality
completely since it is not expected to be needed for FIPS mode anymore.

Private keys can now be used in either unencrypted or encrypted
PKCS #8 encoding. Only the pbeWithMD5AndDES-CBC algorithm (PKCS #5)
is currently supported.
Some crypto libraries can return in these functions (e.g., if a specific
hash function is disabled), so we better provide the caller a chance to
check whether the call failed. The return values are not yet used
anywhere, but they will be needed for future changes.
