Wait for AP/GO to complete processing before taking the next step in a
test instead of waiting just for STA. This avoids race conditions with
UML time-travel.

With PMF, we cannot do even deauth unless we wait for the STA to have
fully connected on the AP side, the STA thinking it has isn't sufficient
since it immediately says so after M4. Add wait_sta() before disconnect,
and also before SA_QUERY.

Add a testing option to delay EAPOL-Key messages 1/4 and 3/4. By setting
delay_eapol_tx=1, the actual EAPOL Tx will occur on the last possible
attempt (wpa_pairwise_update_count) thus all previous attempts will fail
on timeout which is the wanted delay.
In addition, add an hwsim test that uses this testing option to verify
that non protected Robust Action frames are dropped prior to keys
installation in MFP.

Now that there is a pending mac80211 patch ("mac80211: allow SA-QUERY
processing in userspace") to allow wpa_supplicant to take care of SA
Query Request processing, start enforcing correct behavior for this in
ocv_sa_query and wpa2_ocv_sta_override_sa_query_resp.

This makes it more convenient to run tests with builds that disable
TKIP/WPA(v1) support completely.

Verify that AP does not break PMF-enabled connection due to injected
Authentication frame. This is a regression test for
NL80211_FEATURE_FULL_AP_CLIENT_STATE changes resulting in dropping the
key in such a case.

The hwsim tests used to execute shell commands in the tests using the
subprocess python module. Use the cmd_execute() general function for
executing "iw ... station get" commands so that this would also work on
remote setups.

Use a monitor interface given in the command line that is not also a
station or an AP as a monitor running wlantest on the channel used by
the test. This makes all the tests that use wlantest available for
execution on real hardware on remote hosts.

Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].
This step (1) converts the cases where apdev[#]['ifname'] was used as
the argument to hostapd.add_ap().

Number of test cases did not read all control interface socket events
from the dynamically added wlan5 interface. This could result in hitting
maximum socket TX queue length and failures in the following test cases.

unprotected Deauthentication/Disassociation frame is received, and the
AP does not reply to SA Query.
