Extend IMSI privacy functionality to allow an attribute (in name=value
format) to be added using the new imsi_privacy_attr parameter.

Use imsi_privacy_cert as the name of the configuration parameter for the
X.509v3 certificate that contains the RSA public key needed for IMSI
privacy. The only allowed format for this information is a PEM-encoded
X.509 certificate, so the previous name was somewhat confusing.

Add support for IMSI privacy in the EAP-SIM/AKA peer implementation. If
the new wpa_supplicant network configuration parameter imsi_privacy_key
is used to specify an RSA public key in a form of a PEM encoded X.509v3
certificate, that key will be used to encrypt the permanent identity
(IMSI) in the transmitted EAP messages.

This could fail in theory if running out of memory, so better check for
this explicitly instead of allowing the exchange to continue and fail
later due to checkcode mismatch.

If the EAP-SIM/AKA server does not provide a new pseudonym and the
locally configured "pseudonym" in anonymous_identity is actually an
anonymous identitity instead of a real EAP-SIM/AKA pseudonym, do not
clear the anonymous_identity network profile parameter. This is needed
to avoid forgetting the anonymous identity when going through
EAP-SIM/AKA authentication and then reverting back to using IMSI-based
(e.g., encrypted) identity.

SIM-based EAP authentication with IMSI encryption requires a special EAP
Identity response: anonymous@realm. Then the server sends AKA-Identity
request which is answered with the encrypted IMSI. Add logic that
indicates if the special anonymous identity is used. Otherwise, this
field is used for storing the pseudonym.

The Session-Id derivation for EAP-AKA in RFC 5247 only explained how the
Session-Id is derived for regular authentication. Jouni reported it as
an errata with text explaining how to derive it during fast
reauthentication.
This patch now exports the Session-Id for EAP-AKA during fast
reauthentication based on this Session-Id = 0x17 || NONCE_S || MAC
construction.
Also documented by Alan Dekok in draft-dekok-emu-eap-session-id.

In the current implementation, upon an EAP method failure, followed by
an EAP failure, the EAP Status is propagated up in wpa_supplicant with a
general failure parameter string "failure". This parameter is used for a
notification on the dbus.
This commit reports the EAP method failure error code in a separate
callback.
The solution in this commit is generic to all EAP methods, and can be
used by any method that need to pass its error code. However, this
commit only implements the reporting for EAP-SIM and EAP-AKA methods
where the Notification Code (in AT_NOTIFICATION) is used as the method
specific error code value.

This allows a separate configuration parameter (imsi_identity) to be
used in EAP-SIM/AKA/AKA' profiles to override the identity used in MK
derivation for the case where the identity is expected to be from the
last AT_IDENTITY attribute (or EAP-Response/Identity if AT_IDENTITY was
not used). This may be needed to avoid sending out an unprotected
permanent identity information over-the-air and if the EAP-SIM/AKA
server ends up using a value based on the real IMSI during the internal
key derivation operation (that does not expose the data to others).

After KDF negotiation, must check only requested change occurred in the
list of AT_KDF attributes. If there are any other changes, the peer must
behave like the case that AT_MAC had been incorrect and authentication
is failed. These are defined in EAP-AKA' specification RFC 5448, Section
3.2.
Add a complete check of AT_KDF attributes and send Client-Error if a
change which is not requested is included in it.

This leads to cleaner code overall, and also reduces the size
of the hostapd and wpa_supplicant binaries (in hwsim test build
on x86_64) by about 2.5 and 3.5KiB respectively.
The mechanical conversions all over the code were done with
the following spatch:
@@
expression SIZE, SRC;
expression a;
@@
-a = os_malloc(SIZE);
+a = os_memdup(SRC, SIZE);
<...
if (!a) {...}
...>
-os_memcpy(a, SRC, SIZE);

EAP-SIM to allow functionality within an EAP-TTLS/PEAP/FAST tunnel
without causing issues to the phase 1 identity string.

Free the allocated structure in error cases to remove need for each EAP
method to handle the error cases separately. Each registration function
can simply do "return eap_peer_method_register(eap);" in the end of the
function.

This was previously checked as part of the eap_sim_parse_attr()
processing, but it is easier to review the code if there is an
additional explicit check for confirming that the Reserved field is
present since the pos variable is advanced beyond it.

Reduce the amount of time keying material (MSK, EMSK, temporary private
data) remains in memory in EAP methods. This provides additional
protection should there be any issues that could expose process memory
to external observers.

The pos pointer is not used after this now nor in future plans, so no
need to increment the value. This remove a static analyzer warning about
dead increment.

This makes the implementation less likely to provide useful timing
information to potential attackers from comparisons of information
received from a remote device and private material known only by the
authorized devices.

This makes it easier for static analyzers to figure out which code paths
are possible within eap_sim_msg_finish() for EAP-SIM. This will
hopefully avoid some false warnings (CID 68110, CID 68113, CID 68114).

This allows the new external_sim=1 case to be used to perform UMTS
authentication step in EAP-AKA/AKA' peer process. Following control
interface event is used to request the operation:
CTRL-REQ-SIM-<network id>:UMTS-AUTH:<RAND>:<AUTN> needed for SSID <SSID>
Response from external processing is returned with
CTRL-RSP-SIM-<network id> UMTS-AUTH:<IK>:<CK>:<RES>
or
CTRL-RSP-SIM-<network id> UMTS-AUTS:<AUTS>

There was a technical change between the last IETF draft version
(draft-arkko-eap-aka-kdf-10) and RFC 5448 in the leading characters
used in the username (i.e., use unique characters for EAP-AKA' instead
of reusing the EAP-AKA ones). This commit updates EAP-AKA' server and
peer implementations to use the leading characters based on the final
RFC.
Note: This will make EAP-AKA' not interoperate between the earlier
draft version and the new version.

In addition, start ordering header file includes to be in more
consistent order: system header files, src/utils, src/*, same
directory as the *.c file.
This fixes an issue where two AKA'/Challenge messages are received when
resynchronizing SEQ#. Previously, this used to trigger an authentication
failure since the second Challenge message did not duplicate AT_KDF.
