It can take significant amount of time to find the peer in this type of
a case where an AP connection is forced on a different channel while
going through p2p_find on both devices.

This test case assumed that the p2p_pref_chan 128:44 parameter would
have resulted in channel 44 (5220 MHz) being selected. That does not
work anymore since that channel was marked to require DFS/radar
detection in regdb. Fix the text case by changing to use another country
with rules that match the test case expectations.

cfg80211 may ignore user hints while there are active COUNTRY_IE hints,
thus at some timings it may ignore the country setting back to world
domain. Fix it by making sure the country is set only after all the
interfaces are stopped. In addition, call a more robust
clear_regdom_dev() function.

The P2P group may be originally formed on UNII-3, so disabling UNII-1
and UNII-2 will not result in a channel switch failing the test.
Fix this by setting 44 as a preferred channel.

Use of country=00 (world roaming) seemed to not work anymore with the
current cfg80211 regulatory implementation since the existing channel is
left enabled when moving to country=00. Use a specific country code that
does enforce the selected channel from being used anymore to make this
test case pass again.
The change in cfg80211 behavior is from the kernel commit 113f3aaa81bd
("cfg80211: Prevent regulatory restore during STA disconnect in
concurrent interfaces").

Previously p2p_channel_drv_pref_* tests would fail
if dedicated P2P device is used, since the SET commands
were sent to incorrect interface.
Fix this by using a global control interface instead.

5745 MHz was added as an allowed short range device range in
wireless-regdb for DE which made this test case fail. Fix it for now by
using SE instead of DE for the second part of the test case.

In p2p_channel_vht80_autogo and p2p_channel_vht80p80_autogo, parse the
P2P-GROUP-STARTED event prior to calling the group_request() method, as
otherwise the group ifname is not set.

Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].
This step (1) converts the cases where apdev[#]['ifname'] was used as
the argument to hostapd.add_ap().

Wait for the AP-DISABLED and AP-ENABLED group events before reading the
current group operation frequency after P2P-REMOVE-AND-REFORM-GROUP.
This reduces a possibility of a race condition making a test case fail
with the returned frequency being 0 when reading this before the
reformed group is fully up. This may help avoid false error reports for
the following test cases: p2p_go_move_reg_change p2p_go_move_scm
p2p_go_move_scm_peer_supports p2p_go_move_scm_multi.

The P2P channel list on dev[1] at the end of
p2p_go_move_scm_peer_does_not_support was empty because all of the 2.4
GHz band got disabled by the simulated avoid frequencies driver event.
That channel list needs to be cleared prior to resetting regulatory
domain back to world roaming to get the P2P channel list updated
properly for the following test cases.
This was triggered by the following test case sequence:
p2p_go_move_scm_peer_does_not_support persistent_group_and_role_change

test sequence since that wait can be cleared by connecting and
disconnecting a client to the group. This allows the test case to be
executed much more quickly and the dependency on --long can be removed.

Number of test cases did not read all control interface socket events
from the dynamically added wlan5 interface. This could result in hitting
maximum socket TX queue length and failures in the following test cases.

Group interface name was fetched from the results of an incorrect group
formation and because of this, group removal failed in case P2P Device
is used and dev[1] ends up getting different group ifname for the
groups.
