Now that wpa_supplicant does this internally as a part of the FLUSH
command, there is no need for the test scripts to try to clear the
parameter between test cases.

Support configurations that use a dedicated P2P Device interface by
using the global control interface and specifying the interface name for
the GET commands fetching the ip_addr_go parameter.

This adds test coverage to p2p_procesS_nfc_connection_handover() error
paths. This is also a regression test case for a memory leak on two of
these error paths.

Only run-tests.py is actually executed, so there is no need to specify
the interpreter in all the helper files and test script files.
