To make it easier to write custom hostapd configuration files, add
"iface_params" and "bss_params".
They are both meant to be lists of parameters that the user can supply
to append additional parameters to the configuration file.

WEP should not be used for anything anymore. As a step towards removing
it completely, move all WEP related functionality to be within
CONFIG_WEP blocks. This will be included in builds only if CONFIG_WEP=y
is explicitly set in build configuration.

Use absolute path name for configuration file to ensure the file can be
succesfully reloaded and read on SIGHUP signal. This is needed when
running the test case on host (i.e., not using a VM).

Pass the full apdev to the add_ap() function instead of just ifname.
This allows us to handle also remote hosts while we can check
apdev['hostname'], apdev['port'].
This step (7) converts the cases where a local variable is used to store
apdev[#]['ifname'] before passing it as the argument to hostapd.add_ap().
