8fa52a7974 FT: Allow wpa_supplicant to be configured to prepend PMKR1Name
The standard is somewhat unclear on whether the PMKIDs used in
(Re)Association Request frame (i.e., potential PMKIDs that could be used
for PMKSA caching during the initial mobility domain association) are to
be retained or removed when generating EAPOL-Key msg 2/4.

wpa_supplicant has replaced the PMKID List contents from (Re)Association
Request frame with PMKR1Name when generating EAPOL-Key msg 2/4 for FT.
Allow it to be configured (ft_prepend_pmkid=1) to prepend the PMKR1Name
without removing the PMKIDs from (Re)Association Request frame.

c84388ee4c Compile-time config for dynamically loading libraries in wpa_supplicant
Prevent loading arbitrary executable code based on config at runtime,
while allowing libraries to be specified at compile time when they are
known in advance.

Add the ability to configure libraries to load at compile time.
	* CONFIG_PKCS11_ENGINE_PATH - pkcs11_engine library location.
	* CONFIG_PKCS11_MODULE_PATH - pkcs11_module library location.
	* CONFIG_OPENSC_ENGINE_PATH - opensc_engine library location.

Add flags with the ability to set each of the libraries to NULL and
prevent loading them at runtime.
	* CONFIG_NO_PKCS11_ENGINE_PATH - prevents loading pkcs11_engine
	  library.
	* CONFIG_NO_PKCS11_MODULE_PATH - prevents loading pkcs11_module
	  library.
	* CONFIG_NO_OPENSC_ENGINE_PATH - prevents loading opensc_engine
	  library.
	* CONFIG_NO_LOAD_DYNAMIC_EAP - prevents loading EAP libraries at
	  runtime.

d8d2b3a338 Implement read-only mode for SSIDs from the additional config (-I)
On NixOS[1] - a Linux distribution which allows to configure a full OS
declaratively - it's possible to configure SSIDs for `wpa_supplicant`
like this:

    networking.wireless.networks = {
      myssid = {
        pskRaw = "<redacted>";
      };
    };

It's also possible to add networks "imperatively" using `wpa_gui` or
`wpa_cli`. However it's not possible to do both because if the first
option is used, NixOS creates a read-only symlink at
`/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf` and then it's not possible for
`wpa_supplicant` anymore to write to it.

This patch aims to help us changing this: while "declarative" SSID
configuration can be quite useful, it's a bad idea for e.g. sensitive
stuff like a WPA2 enterprise network.

The original idea was to use `-I`[2] for immutable configs (including
"declarative" networks) on NixOS and `-c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf` for
anything "imperative".

However this doesn't really work out because if a wifi network from a
config file specified with `-I` is changed by e.g. `wpa_gui`, it's
silently overwritten in `/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf` (specified with
`-c`) which is IMHO unintuitive (in our case at least). This patch
basically declares each network defined in a config file passed via `-I`
to `wpa_supplicant` as "read-only" and doesn't write these "read-only"
networks to `/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf`.

A bit more context can be found on GitHub in the PR where I implemented
this[3].

58eb905ad3 HS20: Support credentials with multiple home OIs
Until now Hotspot 2.0 credentials were only supporting one home OI (with
roaming_consortium option) and one required home OI (with
required_roaming_consortium option). To improve the compliance with
Passpoint specification, add the support for multiple home and required
OIs.

The lists of OIs are provided using two new configuration options
home_ois and required_home_ois that expect a list of OIs formatted as
the roaming_consortiums list. It allows to keep the old options to avoid
breaking currently running configurations and better fits the vocabulary
used in the spec.

The OI match algorithm is updated to implement the behavior described in
Passpoint specification v3.2 section 9.1.2 (Home OIs nodes description
PerProviderSubscription/<X+>/HomeSP/HomeOIList/<X+>).

c6f8af507e Add option to disable SAE key_mgmt without PMF
Add the `sae_check_mfp` global option to limit SAE when PMF will
not be selected for the connection.
With this option SAE is avoided when the hardware is not capable
of PMF due to missing ciphers.
With this option SAE is avoided on capable hardware when the AP
does not enable PMF.

Allows falling back to PSK on drivers with the
WPA_DRIVER_FLAGS_SAE capability but do not support the BIP cipher
necessary for PMF. This enables configurations that can fall back
to WPA-PSK and avoid problems associating with APs configured
with `sae_require_mfp=1`.

Useful when `pmf=1` and `sae_check_mfp=1` are enabled and networks
are configured with ieee80211w=3 (default) and key_mgmt="WPA-PSK SAE".
In this configuration if the device is unable to use PMF due to
lacking BIP group ciphers it will avoid SAE and fallback to
WPA-PSK for that connection.

62657365f8 Add a configuration to disconnect on deinit if WoWLAN is enabled
Commit 02c21c02d0 ("wpa_supplicant: Do not disconnect on deinit if
WoWLAN is enabled") prevents the disconnection on deinit if the driver
indicates that WoWLAN is enabled. This is not the expected behavior in
some earlier use cases where the wpa_supplicant process is left running
when going to sleep and killing of the wpa_supplicant process is used
only when there is an expectation of Wi-Fi connection being disabled.

To support the use cases which require the WLAN to disconnect on deinit
even if WoWLAN is enabled, introduce a configuration parameter
wowlan_disconnect_on_deinit. This is set to 0 by default thereby not
impacting the functionality in the above mentioned commit. Setting it to
1 restores the old behavior before the commit identified above.

f2a0101401 wpa_supplicant: Initial connection speedup
Add initial_freq_list to wpa_supplicant configuration. This option
allows wpa_supplicant to scan a smaller list of frequencies when it
starts. This in turn allows for a faster connection to an already known
network. This limit applies only for the initial scan operation and does
not restrict other channels from being used in consecutive scans.

Tests have shown this to reduce the amount of time for connecting to a
network from roughly 3 seconds to roughly 0.1 second.

996662250d P2P: Add support for EDMG channels
This allows a P2P connection over P802.11ay EDMG channels to achieve the
highest link speed that the standard allows for channel bonding (CB) up
to CB4.

Let each P2P peer add its EDMG channels to the Supported Channels IE
advertised in P2P GO negotiation. Give EDMG channels priority when peers
negotiate for operating channel.

User may add 'edmg' parameter to p2p_connect, p2p_add_group, and
p2p_invite commands to prefer an EDMG channel for the P2P link. User may
also set p2p_go_edmg=1 in wpa_supplicant configuration file to prefer
EDMG.

When EDMG is used, P2P will try to find the highest channel bonding
supported channel that matches the frequency parameter, if the devices
do not support EDMG, the P2P connection will use a legacy (1-6) 60 GHz
channel.

d514b50265 WNM: Collocated Interference Reporting
Add support for negotiating WNM Collocated Interference Reporting. This
allows hostapd to request associated STAs to report their collocated
interference information and wpa_supplicant to process such request and
reporting. The actual values (Collocated Interference Report Elements)
are out of scope of hostapd and wpa_supplicant, i.e., external
components are expected to generated and process these.

For hostapd/AP, this mechanism is enabled by setting
coloc_intf_reporting=1 in configuration. STAs are requested to perform
reporting with "COLOC_INTF_REQ <addr> <Automatic Report Enabled> <Report
Timeout>" control interface command. The received reports are indicated
as control interface events "COLOC-INTF-REPORT <addr> <dialog token>
<hexdump of report elements>".

For wpa_supplicant/STA, this mechanism is enabled by setting
coloc_intf_reporting=1 in configuration and setting Collocated
Interference Report Elements as a hexdump with "SET coloc_intf_elems
<hexdump>" control interface command. The hexdump can contain one or
more Collocated Interference Report Elements (each including the
information element header). For additional testing purposes, received
requests are reported with "COLOC-INTF-REQ <dialog token> <automatic
report enabled> <report timeout>" control interface events and
unsolicited reports can be sent with "COLOC_INTF_REPORT <hexdump>".

This commit adds support for reporting changes in the collocated
interference (Automatic Report Enabled == 1 and partial 3), but not for
periodic reports (2 and other part of 3).

8528994e21 DPP: Automatic network profile creation
wpa_supplicant can now be configured to generate a network profile
automatically based on DPP configuration. The following
dpp_config_processing values can be used to specify the behavior:
0 = report received configuration to an external program for
    processing; do not generate any network profile internally (default)
1 = report received configuration to an external program and generate
    a network profile internally, but do not automatically connect
    to the created (disabled) profile; the network profile id is
    reported to external programs
2 = report received configuration to an external program, generate
    a network profile internally, try to connect to the created
    profile automatically

183d3924cf WPS: Add option for using random UUID
If the uuid configuration parameter is not set, wpa_supplicant generates
an UUID automatically to allow WPS operations to proceed. This was
previously always using an UUID generated from the MAC address. This
commit adds an option to use a random UUID instead. The type of the
automatically generated UUID is set with the auto_uuid parameter: 0 =
based on MAC address (default; old behavior), 1 = random UUID.
