Add QCA vendor attributes to indicate MLO capabilities
Add QCA vendor attributes to indicate various MLO capabilities supported by the WLAN driver to userspace. These capabilities are usually reported by the firmware during the initial bootup handshake with the driver. Signed-off-by: Mukul Sharma <quic_mukul@quicinc.com>
