tests: Make P2PS join-a-group cases more robust
Use the group SSID (if known) when requesting a join operation. This makes some of the P2PS test cases more robust in cases where previously executed tests have added older groups into the cached scan results with the same MAC addresses and an incorrect BSS could have been picked previously.
