hlr_auc_gw: Update file comments to mention Milenage

The notes about using only fixed GSM authentication triplets were not
really up-to-date with the implementation. Milenage and GSM-Milenage
were available for EAP-SIM, EAP-AKA, and EAP-AKA'.
