Fix style issues in qca-vendor.h
Over time a number of style issues have crept into qca-vendor.h, so fix most of them. There are some identifiers and comments which exceed 80 columns, but these are left as-is for readability. Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <jouni@codeaurora.org>
