tests: Modify the DSCP-to-TID mapping in QoS mapping tests
The cfg80211 default QoS mapping might be updated to align with the recommendations in section 4 in RF C8325. Align the QoS mapping tests accordingly. For now, allow both the previous and new mapping to pass the test. Signed-off-by: Ilan Peer <ilan.peer@intel.com>
