Rename moderate latency level to XR latency level in vendor attributes
Currently the moderate latency level is not used. Rename the moderate latency level to XR latency level to be used in XR (extended reality) applications. Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <quic_jouni@quicinc.com>
