P2P: Allow passphrase length to be configured
Previously, eight character random passphrase was generated automatically for P2P GO. The new p2p_passphrase_len parameter can be used to increase this length to generate a stronger passphrase for cases where practicality of manual configuration of legacy devices is not a concern.
