OpenSSL: Implement CMAC using the EVP_MAC API
OpenSSL 3.0 deprecated the low-level CMAC functions, so use the new EVP_MAC API for this. Maintain the CMAC API variant for older versions. Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <j@w1.fi>
