More eloquently, charging "one euro and ten cents" should be understood both when writing "1.10" and "1,10".

According to Hugo, at some point in time it was possible (but maybe not) when you charge a trigram and when you transfer money to put comma or dot interchangable. Right now this is not possible anymore. It would be nice if this was supported again(?). More eloquently, charging "one euro and ten cents" should be understood both when writing "1.10" and "1,10". \cc @manet

It works as intended on both computers I tested this on... Are you sure it's not computer-specific ?
