  loaded from fixtures
- The users and their subscriptions to petits cours are loaded using the
  `loaddevdata` command
- The sub command `loadbdadevdata` is called by `loaddevdata` and

  - 2 tirages
  - Show places
  - Shows
  - subscriptions
