normalize boolean values (#8320) 
* extract parent for yes no and checkbox champs

* checkbox stores true / false instead of on / off

* normalize blank value to nil

* normalize invalid value to false

30d7cf634a tasks: restore older after_party tasks 
Turns out deleting the tasks after 6 months only may not be enough for instances deploying
only once a year, for instance.

This reverts commit 77b65f3aa0.
