Pierre de La Morinerie	4f9384d6bd	webpack: add babel-polyfill at runtime ... This includes the polyfills for features that need to be emulated at runtime (see https://github.com/babel/babel-preset-env/issues/203#issuecomment-285820866) It fixes a "Symbol not defined" error when using `for… in` loops on Internet Explorer 11.
